need park help

Looking at rates for parks looks SOOOOO confusing !!! Too many options !

I am booked for disney at All Star Music for Oct 29th - Nov 2nd. I havent been to WDW since 1989 and am totally out of the loop on planning !! I am going with MIL,SIL and kids (2 and 4), DD (10). We are looking to see what park tickets we should get. Interests are MK, Universal (nickelodeon) and Animal Kingdom .

What ticket should we get, hoppers ?, ultimate, daily ? HELP!!! Plus SIL is FL Res so what can we benefit from that for Parks ???

We are also going to be in MK for Halloween party on the 31st, I realize these tickets are seperate.

If anyone can help, I would much appreciate it. Feeling like but .

Obviously, Universal is not WDW, so you will need to purchase those separate tickets. Purchasing Ultimate PHs with your room may not be worth the extra money since you won't be spending every day on WDW property. You will need to figure how many days you will spend in MK and Animal Kingdom. You will need a minimum of three days in the parks, IF you can find 3 day PHs.
