Need News About The Poly

DH & I are considering a 2/2-2/9/14 trip and would love to stay at the Poly.
I've been reading about possible construction there,between the refurbishing AND possible DVC units.
Is there ANY recent,for sure,this is really what's happening, type info concerning construction there, or is it still mostly we all are still left wondering...........
