Need MyPoints Help

Hi--

I have been trying for several weeks to get in touch with MyPoints about missing points. Have sent several e-mails. No response, not even a canned one. Have also tried calling. No one ever answers, have left messages, but no call back. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

I have never had a problem with MyPoints, but that is strange that no one is even replying to your emails or phone calls

I hope you get things worked out soon. I don't know what else you could do besides call or email them?

Anyone else have any suggestions for dawgsgirl?

In the past two weeks I have stopped getting any emails from MyPoints and at least three purchases are not showing up.

Something must be up.
