NEED Mickey head template for Photoshop PLEASE

I need an empty mickey head template for photoshop please. I hope that makes sense what I am looking for. I want to be able to fill the head with whatever color I want. Not just change the color but add a design to it. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me!!!
