Need Mickey ears with bow!

I'm working on decorations for our resort window (or door-I haven't decided.). I thought it would be cool to have Mickey ears (like the hat) with our names in script around the window. I'd like regular ones for the boys and ones with the minnie bow for the girls. I think I can put the names on. Does anyone have a design for the ears, especially with the bow? A pretty big size? I'd appreciate it!!!
