Need merchandise help

Is there anything I can do about this? When we were there last month, I bought each of my kids a baby character stuffed animal. I kept them in the disney bag and hid them in my closet. I pulled them out last night to wrap them. The baby Dumbo is all dirty. It's on the head right behind the tag. It was when I went to remove the tag that I noticed it. It almost looks like dried blood. It's pretty gross!

I don't have the receipt. But is there a number I can call to explain. I used my AP for the discount so maybe they could look it up that way?
