Need Mailiing Address for Epcot CMs

I thought I had saved the mailing address to use for sending CM's thankyou letters and such, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what address I should use? I took a really good photo of our waiter and his assistant at Restaurant Marrakesh in September and finally got around to getting them cropped, enlarged copies yesterday, and I would like to mail them out this week, since I've already procrastinated on this so long!
