Need lots of rooms!

I am planning a trip for 22 people next December! (Lucky me!) I have pretty much decided that vacation home rentals are the way to go, but I need some advice. Is there a good service to go with? I will be needing at least 2 houses and want them close together. It is a family reunion type of thing and I get to be the tour guide. The only problem is I live in New Jersey!!! I need a reliable source if Florida to help me out! Any ideas? Thanks!
