Need info on the Candlelight Processional Package...

Hello all....in the past witht the Candlelight Processional Package you used to get a merchandise discount in Epcot Center the day you had the dinner and attended the performance....called today and they did not know if the merchandise discount will be offered this year....does anyone know one way or the other about it....
