Need info on Pirate Cruises

I am thinking about surprising the kids (dd11, ds9 and ds4) with a pirate cruise on our trip. I am having trouble locating much info (dates, prices, times) of the different cruises.

Also ds9 is developmentally delayed and can be a handful, has anyone had their special kid do the cruise?

I called the special request line for some room stuff and asked them and they said I would need to call the hotel that the cruise originates at and ask them specifically.

My three just did the pirate cruise from Port Orleans. DD7, DD5, and DD5 thought it was GREAT. That go on a treasure hunt for about hour and a half. They found clues along the way. Then they used the clues to find the treasure.

the treasure was an eye patch, chocolate coins and "gems".

We mad our reservations the same time we made our ADRs. I would call the wdw number and ask.

We give it two thumbs up.

It is a group effort to find and decipher the clues... so that shouldn't be a problem!
