Need info on Buena Vista Palace

I just found out that we are staying here in a month and a half (instead of the Swan like I had been told by my sister). I believe this used to be the Wyndham Palace (at least according to my Birnbaum's Guide to WDW). We will have a car, thank GOD. Anything at all? The good the bad or the ugly please!

I did a quick search and it seems like we won't be disappointed, but I do have some logistical questions for you guys if you can help.

1. Do all the rooms have fridge's? I am reading that food is $$$, and DH and I would be quite happy running to crossroads and getting milk and cereal to eat in the morning instead of forking over stupid money on croissants!

2. Do they charge for parking at the resort?

3. Any idea about how far the drive is from (timewise) from the resort to each of the 4 theme parks?
