Need info on a free dining package-Please

Ok, here is the situation. Right now my in-laws have their free dining package scheduled for my mother-in-law, father-in-law and thier daughter. They have made the deposit and will make thier final payment on August 5th.
Well, there is a very good chance my that father-in-law may not be able to get the time off of work and I will need to modify thier package for just my mother-in-law and her daughter. That is no big deal, (to him anyway, he doesn't care if he gets to go or not. Somethings wrong upstairs I think! ) I won't do this until August 5th though to make sure. My question is if I go ahead on August 5th modify their package and make the final payment, if by some chance my father-in-law does get to go, will I be able to add him back to the package with no problem? Thanks.

As long as you make the change where the price goes down before the 45 day mark, you won't get hit with any change fees. After the 45 day mark, if the price goes up, still no change fees, they only charge you the fees if the price goes down. You shouldn't have any problems.

Great this is what I was thinking just might happen. I will most certainly make the changes to the ressie on or around August 1st, make the final payment on the 5th and if I need to add him back later I should have no problems. Thanks.

I would call and confirm regarding the free diining especially since free dining ended in ressies in June. That would be the only concern, otherwise it is no problem to take him off & re-add him later.

I agree. I would definetly ask because my guess is that you would not be able to add him back on later and have him get the free dining once you take him off.

I added my sister on to our free dining ressie last year with no problems. As long as the promo code is associated with the ressie it really shouldn't be an issue.

You can modify all you want with no problem other than changing dates or resorts. You can add, subtract people, change your tickets, shorten your dates, etc.
