Need info. about Four Points Cocoa Beach please

We are thinking of adding 2 days on to end of WDW stay to take in KSC. We have never been there before. I can stay at Four Points on SPG points. How is this hotel? Especially interested in how far to beach - is it public beach? Do you walk or drive? If drive, is parking available and free? Is it realistic to do KSC in morning and early afternoon then hit the beach and repeat this the next day? Will that be enough time for KSC?? Any other insight is definitely appreciated. Oh, has anyone stayed in a suite room? We are a family of 4 with Grandma coming along - so a suite is really needed.

Can't speak to all your questions but we did stay at the Cocoa Beach Four Points for one night in January. We stayed on points plus $ in a standard room. It seems like it would be a bit of a walk to the beach but perhaps doable. If you park at the pier you can go to the beach there, there is a fee for parking.

The hotel was good with free parking and it is attached to the Cocoa Beach Surf Co store. There is a Starbucks and restaurant in the same building. We enjoyed our stay there.
