Need Inexpensive "Filler" Gift Ideas for DS9!

These sound perfect for our DDs & nephews!! I found some at Restoration Hardware online but couldn't find any at Lowe's only online haven't gone to the store. Are they made for kids or just adjust to their size? I did see some online however they were less than $5 so I'm guessing they weren't it???

Thanks all for sharing!! The marshmallow shooter was a close second. :santa:
We bought our headlamp in the sporting goods section at either Walmart or Target a few years ago. It is adjustable (both around the head and you can move the light up and down). It's LED and has a button to change colors, I think white, blue and red. DS loves it and both DH and I have borrowed it on occasion.

We paid close to $10, I think, but they did have some cheaper.

not sure if these were mentioned or not but my ds is now 10 and every year I buy the McDonalds happy meal toys- you can buy just the toys alone- they are usually between $1.30 and $1.80 each- and right now they have the Nerf toys- I ordered them off of ebay - the whole set of 8 of them for just under $8.00 total and they will practically fill up the stocking. Just a thought- happy holidays! :)

As an adult with no children, all I can say is WOW!
Presents!!!

So, my DS who is 6 is sooooo easy to buy for and I pretty much have his gifts bought. I'm at the point where I am trying to "even out" his presents with his big brother who is 9. I'm having trouble trying to come up with great inexpensive ideas for him.....any ideas???? He loves the DS, the Wii, Star Wars, and Legos........but all of that is already covered. I need "different" ideas........HELP!?!?!!!?!?!?!

AC Moore, the kits for crafts. I get the pot holder weaving loom set with loops, the crafts to make a foam pre cut princess, velvet paintings, Jewelry ....it is on the same isle the Loops for the looms are.
:surfweb:

A couple of my favorite games are Kerplunk and Blink. I think both would be fun. And they would be good for just the two of you or a larger group of friends. My family has had some pretty intense and hilarious games!

I just bought my ds8 the pirates mix max that buy.com has today for 19.99 shipped.

Woot.com has the Disney Mix Stick mp3 player today for $6.99. I think it's similar, maybe better for the younger kids not over 10.

I got the Disney camcorder a few days ago from them. $40 for two, including shipping.

Now started checking them daily!
