Need ideas to surprise teens at Christmas with a Spring Break trip

We are planning to surprise my two teen nieces on Christmas morning with the news that we will be visiting WDW during Spring Break (3 months later). We are spending the Christmas holidays with them and their parents have agreed to tell them on this date. I have done a bit of searching on line for ideas and also watched some you tube videos, but all the kids seem to be younger than my nieces.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to surprise older kids with the news?

I am surprising my family on Christmas, with an April trip!

I am having tshirts made (family disney vacation) and also ordered special Magic bands for each of us. I plan to put it all together in a box with a note saying something about "family WDW vacation" with the dates listed.....I will probably also include all my planning (ADRs, etc).

I'm planning for it to be the last gift my husband and daughters unwrap.

Perhaps a plush of their favorite Disney character with a Disney gift card & write on the tag that comes with the card that it's ONLY good at WDW. When they point that out you can tell them I guess we'll have to go then!
I find teens love having their own money so this also gives them some freedom.

Thanks for the ideas! I think I am going to start with some generic travel items like new toothbrushes, rain ponchos, and hair ties. As they open the gifts they will get increasingly more specific to a WDW trip. The last few gifts I plan to wrap will be things they already have - their custom Mickey ears, their APs and their Magic Bands. The very last gift will be a copy of our itinerary which includes the fact that a favorite older cousin is coming with us! I hope we can keep it secret until Christmas.
