I have 10 DGD. I started a Disney(inexpensive) charm bracelet for each of them. They pick a new charm each trip. I can't think of anything for the 3DGS. I could not start them pin collecting as that could get pricey and the girls would want to do it too. I'll let the parents do that. Any suggestion for an add on Disney keepsake for boys is appreciated.
They all like cars, trucks and insects!

Here are some ideas:

* there are cool die cast cars that represent all of the Disney characters...believe these are under/around $5

* smooshed pennies

will try to think of more!

key chains... kids love key chains - the parents can put old or fake keys on them if they want, or the key chains can just be a collection in their rooms.

Oh, keychains are a great idea!! My guys loved these at WDW....they hand them on their backpack zippers at home, as zipper pulls!

Oh, yeah, here are a few more ideas:

* there was a magnet store on the West Side of DTD with every theme of magnet you can imagine

* The Lego store at DTD is a favorite of ours....there are some neat pens, keychains and minifigures there.

Not sure if they still have this, but my son bought one of the pirate head scarfs in the shop by the Pirates ride in MK. They have several places where you can attach a patch or a jewel. It took him a few trips to fill up all the spaces. He still wears the hat too.

Thanks for all the great ideas! I think I'll let the boys decide but I like the key chain idea as it blends with the girls' charms
I knew I'd find help here.

We always get the kids personalized christmas ornaments showing the year they were there.

My boys always love the Disney bus/tractor trailers. They are die cast. They also love the various toy guns from Pirates OC. Penny collecting is fun, but making them is half the fun. I have to say though, my one gripe is that the place is so Princess heavy. There are also some cool younger boy toys when you off the Buzz Lightyear ride at MK.

I have two DS, 5 and 4. They both love collecting keychains from WDW. They especially like the ones that light up!

My nephew (age 9) has one of the metal link charm "bracelets" - but his is not connected as a bracelet - it is flat with a metal key chain ring on one end. Definitely more "macho". :thumbsup2
