IMO, all of the best/romantic/nicest/(insert other positive descriptor here) are at the resorts. Those listed sound like a great list to start with. Add on Jiko, Artist Point, Bluezoo, Yachtman's, Flying Fish.

would beat the top of my list. I think the restaurant is great and walking around Wilderness Lodge (if you're not staying there) can add to the evening.

Blue Zoo in the dolphin hotel. The gounds are beautiful at night too.

California Grill! Great place for a drink, good food and atmosphere - not to mention the view!

I've heard wonderful things about Portobello Yacht Club at Downtown Disney. Very romantic!
