Planning to drive to Disney from Washington, DC in May. Looking for advice on inexpensive hotels along I-95 (will arrive late, leave early). Planning to stop in Brunswick, Georgia on the way down and either Florence, SC or Dillon, NC on the way back.

Looking for recommendations in these locations for a relatively new chain hotel that is clean, safe and has interior hallways. Any advice on getting good rates also appreciated. Thanks!

We travel down 95 every trip, and we've been able to find abundant motels along the entire route - we just pull off at an exit that has tons of motels - you can see their signs from a mile away, and the info signs are very well done as well.

How about doing a search on the towns you want to stop in? The link provided by Jacksmom99 didn't connect for me.

We have found some really good deals on I-95 hotels using the discount travel magazines that you can pick up at most of the rest stops. There are quite a few hotels around Savannah but we found it cheaper to stop before Savannah.

We drive from the Philly area and have found the La Quinta in Savannah to be nice, reasonable, and they have a nice continental breakfast with fresh made waffles. We stayed there last year and will be staying again in the fall. There are tons of other hotels at the Savannah exit to chose from.
