Need hotel w/2 connecting rooms for 4/3 to 4/7

DH decided that we need to go to WDW for Spring Break instead of June; if we are going back in Sept. for our one year anniversary. So, we need a hotel w/ 2 connecting rooms very close to parks. Need something clean and with decent pool. Any ideas? Have never stayed off site and have not a clue as to what to look for. Thanks.

Why don't you think about renting a vacation home with a private pool at a resort, instead of just two hotel rooms?

You will have much more room, your own private pool, full kitchen, etc and probably for less than you would pay for just 2 rooms.

A rental home is a good idea!
A less expensive idea, might be to check out timeshare rentals...even tho you are there less than a week. The reason is that Orlando is overflowing with timeshares and people are often forced to rent them for less than their maintenance fees.

I couldn't find anything onsite for my upcoming trip (next week) so I went to Sky Auction. I researched the different timeshares on line (there are some helpful posts here) , chose a 2 bedroom lockoff (2 lr, 2 kitchens, 2 bd, 2bat) 1 1/2 miles frm Disney ....for less than $200 for the week total.

I own DVC and would rather stay onsite...but if I have to stay offsite, I want space, comfort, a kitchen, a balcony or two, a washer/dryer....well, you get the idea.
