well, if you want that smliey in your sig (if thats what your asking) then you go to user cp at the top of the page then you press signature and you can put your smliey in your sig but... I'm not sure if thats what your asking

do you want this thing on it? if you do all you have to do is go to Quick links and and find Signiture then you put the thing so copy this right on tour sig
