Need Help!!

We are going to Disney in June. My daughter is dancing with her company in DTD. We had to book our tickets through the group tour company that the dance school uses. Our 60 day mark has passed and we still do not have ticket numbers. According to the agent, we will probably not have them for another 2-3 weeks.
I am really upset, I have never gone to Disney with out planning ahead.
My question is, how do I go about doing summer months, possibly no fast passes, and still get the headliners done at each park. We will have hoppers. I was thinking EMH morning day break and then an emh night. Would we be able to get everything done? We will have 8 days in the parks. Any other ideas for how to do this. We will have 8 in our party.
I know it sounds crazy, but I am really upset about this.

You'll be fine. Other than A&E and 7DMT, you won't have a problem getting fast passes. Try not to freak out.

I planned a trip within two weeks of getting there last summer. We had no trouble getting the rides we wanted at pretty good times (except Mine Train, and we weren't interested in Anna/Elsa). Don't worry, it should work out.l
