Need help...

Hello out there. I am new to this site and love what I see. I am in major need of sum help cumin up with a birthday party with the theme as Phineas and Ferb.. Our family just loves it and I am usually very creative, but have been supper sick and haven't been able to get around to begin my ideas and plans.

I love the candy bar wrappers but can not afford to go and buy decorations at this time...PLZ can any of you anglz help....
