Need help

I'm new to this board. I'm totally confused.

On other boards, ....when I log in and want to look at the threads that I have posted on, I click on 'User CP' and it will show me all the threads that I've posted on.

How do I look at the threads that I've posted on? I'll click on 'User CP' and it states I have nothing.....when in fact, I have made posts (and started some threads as well).

Any help would be appreciated.

Phamton can help you more, but in the meantime, you might want to look at your options under your user CP.

Check your Default Thread Subscription Mode to make sure you automatically subscribe to the thread when you post to it.

Cick on your name at the left hand side of any of your posts and then click on find all posts by this user.

I know that when I click on my name, I can go to the (find all posts by this person), but is there something I can click that shows all the threads that have been RECENTLY posted on (that I've already posted on)?

You need to subscribe to that thread and then you can be sent an email to let you know that someone has responded to that thread.

Your user cp will usually show all the threads you have posted on and the ones you have started.

However, you have to have your Default Subscription Mode set to subscribing to all the threads when you post.

I believe the default is to not subscribe, so user cp won't show anything.

Click User CP
on the left, click options
under Default Subscription Mode there are several options.
The first and default is no subscription
Then there is no email notification, instant email notification, daily email notification and weekly email notification.

Select one of the last 4 choices and from then on, whenever you go into User CP, you will see all your threads you have posted on because you are now subscribed to them.

If you are subscribed and don't see anything when you first pull up User CP, that means there hasn't been any new activity since you last checked. Then just click "show all subscribed threads" to see all the threads you have posted on or started.
