Need Help.

I have no idea how to do this but I'm looking for help. I want to make t-shirts for our upcoming trip in May. I want the Mickey Stick figures. Does anyone design them here? Also what do I do once it's designed....where do I say it to and how do I print it? Thanks so much!!!
