Need help "wrapping" a trip as a Christmas gift

We're heading down to the World on 12/27 and haven't yet told our children. We want to surprise them on Christmas morning. How can we package it? I'm almost wanting to do some sort of riddle or scavenger hunt. Anyone have ideas? Our children are 5 and 6. The 6 year old is a reader, the 5 year old is not.

We are doing a treasure hunt with our 4 and 8 yr old boys. At the end there will be a treasure chest filled with disney stuff ( My in-laws live 30 min for WDW and were able to pick up a fe items for us) like pencils, candy, t-shirts, lanyards, trading pins, fanny packs etc. Then we will have the planning DVD ready in the DVD player and their last clue in the chest will tell then to turn on the TV and play the movie.

I think a great big wrapped box filled with balloons that fly out when its opened. Under the balloons you could have a bunch of Disney stuff that help them put it together.

Did you find more than one thread on this? There is one here that I started on this board, but someone else started one on the attractions and strategies board with more great ideas. We're doing the same, and I love hearing more about it - fun!!

Did this exact thing last christmas. We found a large gift bag with a voice recorder, and placed the park passes in it. The recorded message: " You're going to Disneyworld! How fast can you pack?". needless to say, it was a big hit
