Need help with wording for godmother note

During our Disney trip I'm having a "fairy godmother" drop off a dress for my daughter to wear at our Princess dinner. I'm really struggling with how to word the letter.

Right now I'm leaning towards "I heard you needed a ballgown for tonight- Love Your Fairy Godmother" but it just doesn't seem magical enough.

Take if from the movies, I believe she says something "Oh my dear, you can't go to the ball without a dress" and don't forget the bippity boppity boo, perhaps some glitter on the envelope or inside so it seems like the fairy godmother was actually there.

Dear XXX, I am so excited that you have come to visit us! I have long awaited your arrival. Time to put on this special dress and come celebrate with us.
