Need help with tickets

Trying to figure out what is the best way to purchase tickets for my family. We are four adults (well two teenagers) staying at HRH for 5 nights begining June 20th. I would like to have access to both parks for 5 days cuz I'm not sure exactly what our plans are. I was looking at getting a perferred pass for myself but not sure what tickets to buy for the other three. Definitely need park to park passes for everyone. I see UT has a 3 park unlimited for 201.00 but I wonder if I should just buy the tickets at the gate and use the 15% discount, however I don't see a 5 day ticket. Any advice? Also where can I find the current gate prices?

the 5 day passes were discontinued some years back.
if anyone still has the older 5 day or 7 day PtP passes, they are still valid.


the power pass would work for a 5 day PtP but it does have blackout periods in the summer.

I think, unless I am forgetting something, that you're looking at preferred passes for everyone, unfortunately. By the time you get a 3 day + a 2 day, you're up over the price of a preferred. Unless you're willing to get by with just a 3 day for some in your party. But, you could look at it this way, they're good for a whole year with no blackouts, so you could book another trip for next year and have the park tickets already paid for!

Thanks for the help I am thinking on a WDW vac next May so the passes would still be good and we would get free parking and there might be a good chance of getting an AP disc if we decided to stay one night. I'm just not sure everyone will go five or four days to the parks.

I didn't know that, I'll have to see if it's cheaper to do that then but from UT! I'm only planning on one Preferred Pass and 4 3 day park to park tix, I'll have to research more!

I'm actually in almost the same boat. Our party has 2 adults and 2 teens. We are going in July. I got an AP rate for the hotel so I am buying a preferred pass.

The total cost for 3 day park to park tickets at the gate with our AP discount will be $175.09 so only a $25 dollar difference to add the 4th and 5th days with the 3 Park unlimited ticket.

We are going to buy the 3 park unlimited ticket for the other three in our party because it is a good value. Plus our teens love water parks and the fact that wet n wild is included is great. They will have the option of spending time there too.

It's not you would have to buy the $201 ticket from undercover tourist to get the best price. The at gate price for the 3 park unlimited ticket is more expansive and offers no discount.
