Need help with ticket number - are they zeros or oh's?

I need some help. I'm trying to link my dad's ticket to his MDE account. Unfortunately his ticket number has four different characters that are either the number zero or the letter o. I've attached a screen shot of two of the characters in question. Does anyone know which is which? I tried several combinations, but then a message popped up on MDE telling me I was having problems and to call Disney. My dad called them and they couldn't get his ticket number entered either. They told him to scan the ticket's bar code with his smart phone app. My parents don't own a smart phone. So my mom scanned it on her printer/scanner and emailed it to me. I printed it out on paper and tried to scan with my smart phone, but I guess it's too fuzzy, so that's not working.

Any ideas?

Looks like the letter o and then the numbers 09 to me.

Thanks for your replies! I just tried again with your suggestions and no luck. It's still saying I'm experiencing problems entering my ticket and need to call. ugh. I wonder if they need to clear his account or something. Maybe it's blocked since I tried so many times unsuccessfully. Let's hope that's all it is.

Yes you need to call. I had the same problem last year. They need to reset something and I think there was a time involved like 12 hours until they could enter it for me.
