Need help with "the reveal"

A little background, this trip started as my DH, DD and myself. We have a niece (6) and nephew (8) who we usually inlclude in most of our family vacations and trips but decided this one was going to just be Avery and us.

Well after much thought we decided we would invite our niece to go with us to Disney then take our nephew with us on our annual trip to DC. So to our surpirse we found out our niece does get to go with us, but now we need/ want a fun way to tell her she gets to go.

We will be returning from our trip on her birthday. We are going Dec 3-8 if that makes a difference!!

We did a treasure hunt where they found clues to solve a puzzle. Or you could send her a letter from a favorite character, or a cute invitation. Some people have found the Mickey balloons like on the commercials and put them in a present with helium inside.

OMG I love the balloons idea, I have a letter coming from Jasmine (her fave character) but I hate being pushy and we were wanting to tell her soon...guess I could go ask if I could get it by then.....
