I am looking at my planning kit, and I realize I don't understand everything about the cake...
Could you help me with that ?

What is "yellow cake" ? what is it made with ?

Yellow cake is vanilla-flavored.

"con't" is an abbreviation of "continued" - my guess is that the list of flavors is broken into two columns or over a page, so they are just telling you "Here's the rest of the flavor list"
