Need help with postcard question

I know that alot of people have gotten postcards with codes,etc on them for discounts for Disney Resorts,but I have a question about one that my daughter received.She got one that says"Keep your head in the clouds,(then it has her last name and the word family!),We're makin you a Disney dream-come true.It is from Disney Destinations and has something on it that looks like a website:visit.disneyparks.com/(her last name,then some numbers and underscores),but we can not get it to work.I am sure others have gotten the same thing,so any help would be great.It also says:URL will be available until 04/18/2008.Where do we go and what do we do?All the others (many years ago) just had the code very easy to find.Since this is her first postcard she would love for it to be a discount on a resort,but she isn't getting her hopes up.Any help would be great.Thanks.

THat is the correct website, but the Disney site (disney.go.com) has been down the last couple of days
