With kids that age, I think the best advice is be prepared to be flexible. You can have all of these LLs booked and a plan, and then your kid is not on the best day, and it all goes out the window!. In that case, remember that you can MODIFY LLs to a later (or earlier) time in the app, if available. This retains your original 2 hour lock out time.
