need help with online adrs

sorry if this has been asked and answered before but i am trying to make online adrs for the first time on the new system. when i do a search a bunch of restaurants do not show- san angel, sci-fi to name a few. it is not that they are not available - they do not show up at all. what am i missing? any help is appreciated! thanks!

I have been having the same problem since sometime yesterday. I hope it gets fixed soon so I can make some ADRs.

Anyone know if we call in if the CM has access to everything or just what we're seeing?

Hasn't been working for me either this morning. tells me it's never heard of chef mickey's!

I'm running into the same problem. No Ohana, no Whispering Canyon, LOTS of restaurants missing and mainly the popular ones. Very frustrating.

I also tried last night and today. Many of the restaurants are not showing up even though I have tried different dates including into the summer, different times, and different number of attendies. Shula steakhouse, Narcosse, Citrosis, many of the epcot restaurants such as the french, italian, mexican, are not showing up no matter what search criteria is entered. In addition, the performance is horrible using IE and even foxfire. I am going to call in my reservations tonight. I just hope and pray that the person on line is not stuck with the same search engine. If so, these restaurants are going to find that they have no reservations and everyone is a walkin. I would never expect a company focused on service and quality like Disney would release a piece of software in this condition.

I'm pretty sure that one person yesterday (or early this morning) was able to call and get their reservation, so if that's an option for you this morning you might want to try that rather then wait for the system to be working again

I keep getting to the last page of my ressie and then its says server busy I am soooo mad I thought I had BOG :

I was able to use the ADR last night 3/7 to make my reservations. The issues seemed to have been resolved.

I figured it out I had the wrong expiration date on my CC instead of saying server busy coudnt they just say something wrong with CC jeesh!!!!
