Need help with Musicmatch....PLEASE!!!

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this program. Im getting DH a Dell DJ Ditty for christmas so I thought I'd get MM set up in advance. DD and I downloaded the program, everything went fine. She opened the music store once and DH walked in so she closed out the internet. She tried again and it wouldn't open. The program would, but not the music store, on demand and something listed in that column. All online items. It gives you that DNS error cannot open/find page, please try again later. We tried later....nothing. So we uninstalled and reinstalled...nothing. After trying for over and hour, without any luck I gave up. I just uninstalled the program.

Just a side note...DD has computer and it works fine on hers. We both run windows xp. Don't know what the difference is. I also run Blackice firewall and I have a router. Maybe that info will help!

I'm hoping maybe someone here can help me out!

I have no suggestions at all (not very computer savy) but I absolutely hated Music Match. I signed up last year and within 2 days asked them to cancell it. I hope you have better luck with it than I did.

Try clearing your internet cache and cookies. If you need to keep some cookies, you'll have to dig in and identify the musicmatch cookie.

Then restart MM and log in.

I've tried clearing out my cookies and internet cache. I also did a restart a few times.
