Need Help with Mickey Cupcake Toppers

Hello Everyone! Hopefully I'm doing this right with requesting something. I've seen so many super talented people on this board, I'm jealous! I already have visions for some t-shirts for our son's 1st trip in September, but first....

I am having a Mickey Mouse party for my almost 2 year old son at the end of April and am trying to put together some things on my own but could definitely use some help with some hopefully pretty basic cupcake toppers. I'm thinking something along the lines of this...

My son's name is Cameron. So it would be great if it said "Happy Birthday Cameron". Basically the only thing I would like to be different is to have a few primary colors instead of just red and black. I was thinking red, blue, green and yellow. I love the dots and the outer color.

I have a circle cutter so I just want to be able to print these on my own.

Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated. If I have done something against the rules with this request, I am sorry!
