Hi, I am new to this board. I have been helping a friend with her vast Disney collection. She is trying to get information on 2 prints or Cels that she has that are signed by Walt Disney. There is a COA so maybe that tells me if its a cel or not but I didn't think about that till just now. I do know that one is from Little Toot and the other is Once upon a Wintertime. There is a "WDP" stamp on the bottom right side and "Best Wishes Walt Disney" signed under the picture. I have not been able to find them online anywhere. Are they rare? Am I just looking in the wrong place? I would really appreciate any info I can get on where to look for these.
