Need Help with Iron on Transfer instructions

I have Amy Mickey's iron on transfers (love them) but now that I'm ready to make a shirt again, I can't find the iron on instructions. I only have the one shirt (for my son's birthday and he needs it tomorrow) so can't mess this up. Can anyone here tell me what temp the iron needs to be at and for how long I iron the transfer? (I remember to use parchment paper, ect) Thank you so VERY much to whoever can provide me with these instructions
