This is our first time ever using EMH (am) at MK, and we only have one day for MK for our trip in August so need to make the most of it. Let me know if this plan is doable:
RD (8 am)
Peter Pan
Pooh
Little Mermaid
Barnstormer
Dumbo ** Not sure if it's possible to squeeze in anything else before 9.
9 am head to Frontierland (I read it's not open until 9 even for EMH)
BTMRR
FP+ (9:25-10:25) Splash M
POTC - probably will grab a Dole Whip after:love:
JC
FP+ (10:40-11:40) SDMT
IASW
LUNCH *CHH or Pinocchio's
Philharmagic
FP+ (12:10-1:10) Space M * once this window opens I will try to get another FP maybe HM (not sure if this would be available still)
Buzz (if it's not already after 1 pm)
BREAK AT RESORT CSR
Return to MK around 6:00 pm
FP+ of whatever hopefully HM
filler rides / attractions Tiki Room, Magic Carpets, Treehouse, Astro Orbitor
7:45 pm Check into Tomorrowland Terrace for Dessert Party
9:00 pm Happily Ever After

I was hoping to do the People Mover after the fireworks but on WDW Park Hours it's saying that Once Upon a Time Castle projection show is at 9:45 pm and MK closes at 10 so I guess not.:worried:
Any input would be appreciated:thanks:.

I did the dessert party in May and got there at 7:45. We ended up waiting around quite a bit before heading to the fireworks spot and they kept refilling the desserts the whole time so next time I think we will aim to get toto orrowland terrace a little after 8pm.

I think by the time you get off Barnstormer, you're going to have to decide whether to do Dumbo or head to BTMRR. I would prioritize those 8-9 attractions and leave the one I'm okay with skipping for last just in case there isn't time to do it. You need to be at BTMRR before the rope drop crowd in order to make the rest of your day work.

This looks pretty good to me. You can definitely bang out a lot of Fantasyland attractions during AM EMH. I agree with PP that you should try to be at BTMRR before the RD crowd. Last time I was there at rope drop we got to ride twice without getting out of the train! It was amazing. But you'd want to be moving on to your Splash FP and then get to POTC and JC before the lines start to build there.

It will involve just a bit of backtracking, but I'd suggest riding POTC and/or JC before your Splash FP, and then riding Splash near the end of your FP window. That way lines don't build at those two attractions while you are riding Splash, which is a pretty long ride. It seems to me that JC lines build quicker, but I'd ride whichever has the longer line once you are off BTMRR.

Thanks everyone. I will take that advice and get to BTMRR before the rope drop crowds, now should I be there by 8:45? When it's an EMH am do they let resort guests have the full hour before they let in regular guests? I know last time we were at MK (2015) it was a 9:00 am opening but I am pretty sure we got into the park before that so not sure about EMH days.

Good idea.

I would be headed in that direction by 8:45. The new opening procedure does mean regular guests aren't off Main St/The Hub until right at 9 am, but if you're all the way over in Fantasyland, you've got a longer walk than they do, and you want to be sure you're on the BTMRR side of 7DMT so you don't have to intersect the crowds that will be heading for it.
