Need help with e-bay

It's been a couple of years since I made an e-bay purchase. This was when PayPal was new and I never used it back then. Now I have heard a couple of things that makes me skiddish about using them on an item I am considering.

I always used money orders in the past to speed the turn around. What is the best way to make e-bay purchases, credit card, money order, check or PayPal?

PayPal is definitely the way to go. It is quick and convenient for the buyer and seller. I have had auctions end, receive payment within an hour, ship the same day and have the item in the buyer's hands within 48 hours. Tough to beat that. I've had it happen as a buyer too.

Plus, you eliminate the hassle of having to wait for a check to clear or go out and buy a money order. And you have the buyer protection that comes with using a credit card. And you get to earn reward points on your ebay purchases!
