Need help with cruise documents

I am trying to sort out the cruise documents I received for my Dec 28 cruise and could use some help. I would like to have everything ready when I get to the port to speed things along but I also don't want to waste time with documents I don't really need. This is my first cruise so excuse me if this is a really stupid question.

Which documents do I really have to complete? I am arriving a couple of days early and renting a car so there are no transfer documents. There are 4 of us (including 2 kids) and the document packages appear to be the same for all of us. Do I have to fill out all of the forms for each person? If not, which ones can I fill out only once? I don't want to get to the port without all of the appropriate documents completed and I don't want to spend time completing documents I don't need.

YOu basically need to fill out all of the other information for everybody except for the credit card/charigng of KTTW card. ONly one of those needs to be filled out per cabin per credit card. Make sure you fill out the Bah. info. card (I don't remember the exact name) because Castaway Cay is in the Bah. Have fun. I'll be on the 7 day New Year's Cruise next year!
