need help with clues

We are planning a 70th birthday celebration for our DM. We have already told her that we will be taking her away, but she does not know where or what (she has the when & why!!).

we need help with the following information:

directions on how to make ANY of the towel animals?

If you had to name one food item that says "DCL" what would it be?

We need 7 words that would describe DCL, but not give it way!

Any other bits of information would be helpful....Thanks

does it have to be 7 words? how about a phrase? (only 6 words, but you can add something before star?)

"when you wish upon a star"...maybe that's a dead giveaway?

This isn't exactly a towel animal but I think it might be easy to do and fits in with the "birthday" theme! When we had our "romantic turndown" last year, our stateroom host made the usual two swans but there was also a "wedding cake" which was essentially a bath towel and a hand towel, both rolled up and secured with red ribbon then stacked on their ends. Went beautifully with the swans and rose petals (can't help with the swans tho!).

I have a picture of the "cake" but don't know how to post it. Maybe if you PM me your email address, I could send it to you if you like!
