Need help with Chat

I get a blank screen after I log in - none of the rooms come up. I have downloaded Ichat 5x there is nothing lower than 3 x available - I am using IE and have Windows XP. Can someone please tell me how to get into chat. Thanks

Did you go into your computer and "open" ichat after you installed it? Go into "My Computer" and double left click on the icon for the drive where you saved the ichat program. Look for the folder that says ichat and double left click on that. That should complete the installation.

Hope I didn't confuse you, I'm not a real computer pro.

I believe I have it but it may be too high a level if that is possible - still getting a blank screen on chat

I had to go back and "open" my ichat file before I could use it in chat. Did you do that iluv?
