Need help with California Screamin' photpass picture

My sister memorized a series of numbers for her photopass picture, but when I put them in the app, it's not giving me a picture. Is there a particular letter that is supposed to go in front or back? Our RSR picture had a R in front so I'm hoping there's a letter that I'm missing.

That would make sense, LOL. My sister said she thought it might have been a K. I don't know why I didn't think to try C. Thank you!
