We are about to book next April for 5 nights at GF or Poly. My family of 5 will be in one room and my parents will be in another room. My sister would like to join us (in my parents room) for the first 2 nights of the trip.
Can we add her to the room for 2 nights?
We plan on buying tickets from undercover tourist. Will we be able to add all the tickets, although for 7 of us there will be 5 day tickets and for one person there will be a 3 day ticket.
Will the ticket issue affect fastpass booking?
How does it affect the room reservation? Is there an additional room charge for a 3rd adult? I thought I read somewhere that there is a $25 charge, but can't find that anymore. Will they be able to only charge that for just the first 2 nights because she will be leaving?
Any help appreciated. I have learned so much on this site, but can't seem to find info on this issue.

We have this same problem. We have two adults meeting with us for three nights of our 7 night stay and were told that we would have to pay the $50 a night extra for the two adults for the entire trip. I called twice and talked to two different CM and was told the same thing. My husband and I have AP but the other two adults will be purchasing park hopper tickets. We ended up not putting them on the reservation and will try to match up the FP that we make at 60 days with the ones that I make for them at 30 days. We will add them and pay the $50 charge when they arrive for the last three nights of our trip. We are booking a deluxe room that holds 6 guests so I don't have to worry about being put in a room that only holds two.

I would love to hear any way that this could be done differently so that I could book all of the FP at the 60 day mark that is coming up soon.

Unless you want to split up the booking (make separate reservations for the stay without your sister and with your sister), which might then cause a change of rooms and therefore maybe not having access to a room from check out to check in time that say...your option is to add her once she's there.

ugh, I was afraid of that. We will probably add her from the start and pay the fee for all 5 nights. We are going during a busy time and the thought of having to work fastpasses for all but her will be too annoying, and risky not getting her fastpasses for the days she is there that match ours

If you put her on the whole reservation have her stop by the front desk when she's leaving and tell them. Maybe they will refund for the nights she won't be there. It's worth a try.

Last year my mom joined us partway through and left before we did. I told them when I checked in and they said to stop by on her arrival day to add her - I did this and was only charged for the nights she was there. Not sure if this is standard or not, but the front desk staff at BC was great! They also let me book ME for her from the airport :)

That's what I was told to do at the BWI as well so I will only pay for the night's that she stays but it won't help me any with making FP for her. I will have to wait until 30 days to book her's.

That's exactly what happened to us at BC a couple of years ago. My DD & her DBF were coming over for 2 nites & we had to add them for all 4 nites which stunk because they weren't even there.

Put her on the reservation now so you can make the FP+. On the day she leaves, stop by the front desk and let them know she is leaving and ask to not be charged the extra fee for the remaining nights. We have done this before with no issues.
