Need help with Back issue at resorts

My DBIL is considering taking my nephew to DW in 2008. I am trying to help my DS with getting needed information. He has had 3 back surgeries and can only sleep in a reclining position. Does anyone have any ideas as to where we can stay on property that has a recliner available. DVC's included. Or can we rent one to be delivered?
