need help with Annie movie

ok I know some of you movie buffs can help me here,

The Annie movie with the Red Cover does it star Telly Savalas?

I have the red one somewhere I cant find it but I think it has Telly Savalas ( or is it Albert Finney?) with Carol Burnett.

Can you help me figure this out? Please?

I have both of them, the red one (the older one) has Albert Finney, Carol Burnett, and Bernadette Peters.
