Need help with a Rebus Puzzle!

My mom's work sent out their monthly newsletter with a page of rebus puzzles she spent a while trying to get them all and we are down to the last one! We are both stuck and need help!

Any Ideas on what the following would be?

For those who don't know what a rebus is its where there is a saying within the words like: moMANon that woud be Man in the Moon.

Just can't figure out what NIN I H is???

can you give an example of a rebus that has spaces like the one you are trying to figure out?

Is the 2nd to last letter an I or is it a number 1?

What comes to my mind first is 1 out in the Ninth.

For an example like the puzzle needed there is

VA DER= Space invader


1 out in the ninth might be it but any other thoughts before we submit our answers to the person running it.
