Need help w/ Beach Club Villas questions?

Hi,
I have tried to call Beach Club, and member services, etc....NO LUCK!!
Would anyone know if the BCV's near the private pool area still has BBQ grills??
I know they had them a few years ago, but I have not paid attention to them the last couple of years...
ALSO!!! Does nayone have a DIRECT tel # to the Beach Club FRONT DESK...Every number I have tried has just gone to an operator that has no clue what I am talking about...
We are checking in on Friday, and just want to know what we should pack, grill out or not???

I know the grill(s) were still there on one of our recent visits. I can't imagine any reason to remove them. But it's only one or two, right?

Anyway, have a wonderful vacation. Don't you love BCV? BTW, my DH thanks me for talking him into BCV too.

I can confirm seeing a grill (at least one, but I wasn't looking for them) on the path by the pool leading over towards the bus stop - December 31, 2008.

Looked for and found the 2 grills last Wednesday when I was showing off the resort to one of my friends. They were right by the dunes, very nice spot if you ask me! There was only 1 picnic table. We were staying at the BWV, and my friend wanted to see what it was like across the way.

FYI - Disney has changed the telephone policy and direct calls to the resort are no longer possible. The telephone numbers are answered by a call center in Tampa. They have stated that their job is to not connect you to the Front Desk. Calls from your room while at the resort are also answered by the call center.

My gosh, it was the best!! (AKV with DSis just 1 night) then BWV with friends, then AKV concierge with DH, it was a break we especially appreciated. Thank you for asking!!!!

Sounds wonderful. Isn't AKL concierge special? Did you do a report at all? And what did you think of the safaris?

DH really needed this vacation. He has been working away from home, either Michigan or Texas/Mexico for a bit of nearly every week this calendar year.

Thanks for the GRILL reports....
We live in Michigan, and my son recently graduauted from MSU...
The final four basketball game is on saturday night...
SO...we are planning a MSU tailgate party...we are grilling out Hot dogs, etc etc. and watching the game...
Just another great fun thing to do at Disney!!!
