Need help w/a good budget/paying down debt app for iphone

After searching through pages here on the dis boards I can't seem to find any good recommendations for a budget app.I'm looking for one where I can keep track of expenses/income,be able to add my income on a weekly basis(my payweeks fluctuate) and also will help me calculate the best way to pay down debts.There is sooo much out there and the reviews are so mixed! Soo,any tried and true app out there for my need?(free or paid)Thanks!!!
