I have my design and my tshirts and I special-ordered 11 x 17 transfer paper to make awesome shirts. My husband attempted to print out the design on the transfer paper on the "lazer copier/printer" at work and he says the ink did not stick to the transfer paper and smudged everywhere -

Any one have trouble printing onto the transfer paper? I will try on my Canon printer at home tonight but I will not be able to use my cool big paper.

Any feedback would be appreciated. TIA

you have to use an inkjet printer.....did your BIG paper come with instructions?

The paper says it is designed for " fuser oil and oil-less laser printers and copiers" It is Techni-Print 4.0 Heat Transfer Paper. I may call the company and ask them for advice.

Just to let you all know how it all worked out -

I took my BIG transfer paper to Staples and they were able to print out 12 copies of both the front and back designs onto the paper on one sheet. (for $1.20/each)

Then I took everything to my local mall where there is a kiosk that sells shirts with transfers. We asked if he would be willing to "iron' on the transfers and he was willing ($5/shirt)

They are awesome!!! Total came to about $140 for 12 shirts - excellent price.

I am going to roll them all up with a red ribbon and a label "from Mickey" and surprise everyone at our Grand Gathering in 9 days!!!

Thanks to everyone for all your help.

Kristy

Glad it all worked out. :thumbsup2 Someone was just asking if an outside vendor would iron on the shirts for people. Looks like you found a cooperative vendor. :goodvibes Penny
